Roy Lamazon is the founder and senior Pastor of Destiny Tabernacle Assemblies of God Church, in Canarsie Brooklyn NY.

Pastor Roy responded to the call of God in 1987 when he gave his life to God, in his native country of Guyana. His passion has been serving God in any capacity possible, especially in helping believers understand their God-given purpose and fulfill it.

He firmly believes that you can be all that God calls or created you to be. He is a Global University, Berean School of the Bible graduate and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance from CUNY Brooklyn College.

He is an avid reader, researcher, and sports enthusiast. He loves gardening, traveling, and to exploring other cultures. He and his wife of 22 years, Sharon Lamazon, resides in Jamaica, NY USA.

Sharon Lamazon is the co-founder and administrator of Destiny Tabernacle AG Church, in Canarsie Brooklyn, NY. Elder Sharon responded to the call of God on her life at age 11, in her native country of Guyana.

She has been serving God in various capacities since then, principally molding the minds of young people and helping them to develop the required leadership skills to lead successful lives. She currently serves as leader of our Women Ministry (Naomi Ministry) and mentors teenagers in discipleship classes.

Also, she was able to see many of them become leaders in various walks of life. She has excellent culinary skills, loves to read, to travel, and is a progressive gardener.
She and her husband of 22 years, Pastor Roy Lamazon resides in Jamaica, NY USA.
